About
Born in Texas and raised in Connecticut, Alexis discovered her passion for design in high school. A summer at RISD’s pre-college program launched her formal design training, leading her from industrial design at Syracuse University to graphic design at Chapman University, where she refined her eye for color, texture, and composition.
With a lifelong love of fashion and inspiration from icons like Betsey Johnson and Alexander McQueen, Alexis entered the industry by launching Arapaho Clothing during the pandemic, featuring her original, vibrant textiles. This venture opened doors to work with brands such as Forever 21, Farm Rio, and Freebirds.
This year, Alexis launched her own styling business, collaborating with brands, agencies, and photographers. Through her creative direction, she brings a bold, playful, and boundary-pushing approach to each project, infusing happiness into her work.
Her journey has taken her across Texas, Connecticut, California, Colorado, Italy, Israel, and Australia, continually fueling her creativity and enriching her designs with diverse cultural influences.
